Great place even for an older model ford
The team are so helpful and go above and beyond to provide excellent customer service. Whether it be making a cup of tea while your waiting or greeting you by name, I always feel confident that I am a valued customer. And it isn't just the customer service side, I take all my cars to be serviced here and there is never a delay in parts, a loan car is always provided, and I have never once had an issue or being dissatisfied with the work undertaken, and the mechanics actually talk to me. Would recommend WISE without a moments hesitation.
Driving back to Melbourne from Adelaide, we shredded an alternator belt on my Subaru around the Canalpyn area. Did the ring around, targeting Kieth and Bordertown for the part, with no success. Gerard from wise Ford Bordertown just said come in and we'll get you sorted. Let me just say, they went above and beyond the call of duty to source the part needed and also assisted with a loan car when no one else really cared.
