I do not recommend you have the coffee - it was disgusting as was hot chocolate. Tasted like it was made with off milk. Will not be going back - EVER
Can someone explain to me, how such a beautiful place can offer so bad food? Honestly, one of the bad taste ever in my life. I can't even believe how many people are lining. I give three chances to change my mind, a sandwich, a pie, and a cake. I couldn't finish any of them because of the poor quality and bad taste. I lost my money and time. I do not recommend to eat in this place.
This is a must stop location when passing through Bordertown. From the relaxing peaceful surround to the stylish quality gift shop and the roomy cafe/bakery filled with historical items of historical interest, it is the ideal break from the highway. I can't recommend it enough - don't miss it!
Have been coming here for years and usually good service and options.Admittedly it was busy but when told there are no plates as it is takeaway only and in such an abrupt manner!No Hot dogs available and the air conditioning was colder than the inside of my fridge (NO more than 22 degrees outside! You have just lost a loyal customer!
Great place to stop for a break while travelling past. Kids area was great for my small kids. Eclectically decorated. Delicious food made in house. Vegan options were tasty. There is a park outside that is also nice to visit and a cute gift store attached.
